RenoVieweris a tool used by real estate agents (“Agents”) and by the prospective buyers (“Buyers”) who view and interact with listings. This policy covers both groups, and anyone who visits our website.

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Account information — name, email address, phone number, agency name, and profile photo for Agents who create an account.
• Listing content — property addresses, descriptions, and photos uploaded by Agents, plus the AI-generated renders created from them.
• Buyer information — name and email address when a Buyer joins a listing, and the renovation choices and renders they generate.
• Payment information — billing country and transaction records. Card details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device data — engagement activity, log data, approximate location derived from IP address, and cookie identifiers.

• To provide, operate, and improve the service.
• To generate AI renovation renders you request.
• To process payments and send receipts.
• To provide Agents with engagement insights about Buyer activity on their listings.
• To communicate with you about your account, support, and service updates.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as your selected pricing region), and understand how the service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers who help us operate the service, including:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Our AI image provider — to generate renovation renders.
• Email delivery provider — to send transactional and notification emails.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run the website and services.

Agents can see the personal information of Buyers who engage with their own listings. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

Some of our service providers store and process data outside of New Zealand. Where we transfer personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with applicable privacy law.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us using the details below. You may also raise a concern with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (NZ) or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (AU).

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

RenoViewer is not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
