The bits people check twice
Is the demo really free?
Yes. We build it on your actual listing with your actual photos, and you can try it and share it before deciding. The fee only applies when you activate it for buyers or tenants.
What if the price changes?
You pay per listing rather than per month, so each listing costs whatever the price is on the day you activate it. Nothing renews and nothing changes mid-campaign.
Is there a subscription?
No. It's one payment per listing. There's no monthly fee, no minimum, and we don't store your card.
What counts as a render?
Each image generated for someone using your listing. One buyer picking a style for a house uses three, one per room. The 300 are shared across everyone who opens it.
What happens after 90 days?
It stops being visible. You can reactivate it for another 90 days for the same fee, from your dashboard.
What if it sells in a fortnight?
Mark it sold and it comes down. We don't refund the fee once a listing has gone live and been used. Billing errors and your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act are separate from that, and either way nothing keeps running or charging.
Do unused renders carry over?
They stay with that listing for its 90 days. They don't move to a different listing.
